This moist, crunchy, delicious snack has magic powers #LOL Every household Christmas Snack in Nigeria. Without chin -chin Christmas is never complete
The process is strenuous but the eating is out of this world.
Ingredients: Flour, butter, egg, milk, baking powder, vanilla and banana flavours, lemon zest, nutmeg, sugar, oil for frying, water
Procedure: sieve the flour and Baking powder, grate the nutmeg and mix with the flour
In a dry bowl, put in your warm water, butter, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, milk and flavours, then mix. Gradually incorporate your dry ingredients and mix properly to form a smooth dough( I use my hands, it’s quite stressful though)
When the dough is set, cut into small balls, roll and cut into smaller sizes. Preheat the oil, then fry the dough.

I made this for a client and she enjoyed it. She ate her Chin Chin with family and with luv.
Need I mention, you can order for yours. Have a great week ahead and remember to eat with Luv! Every meal that comes your way is a blessing.
I’m still finding it hard to believe that I missed out on sallah chin chin😭😭😭
